I'll be able to update a little better when I can get my own laptop, I'm sorry for the slow work process here. It's hard when I don't have accessible internet, or a computer. It will all be getting better hopefully soon.
Until then.

Q&A's
Welcome to the questions & answers about the novel, Lunar Beasts and our first official blog post! The Q&A holds the few questions that have come up in discussion. They are being posted because I think others would like to know the answers to them as well. Also, if you have any more questions about the novel you'd like to ask - please comment or send me an email at lunarbeasts@yahoo.com
If not, Lets start the show!
Q: What type of story is Lunar Beasts?
A: It's considered a fictional fantasy. It deals with werewolves, humans, anthropomorphic felines, life, death, love, and war. It tickles your imagination, and lets your minds run wild!
Q: What do you mean "anthropomorphic felines"?
A: First off, what does "anthropomorphic" mean? The definition I got from Merriam-Webster.com says "described or thought of having a human form or human attributes". The felines (who are also called the Leander people) walk and talk like humans, but they have an animal body. The werewolf form is the same way.
Q: What does Lunar Beasts Mean?
A: "Lunar Beasts" is the name the Leander people(the felines) give to the Bleddyn people(the werewolves). It has two meanings to the Leander. One is positive and the other negative. The positive way to use the term is a respectful way of saying "the wolves of the moon". The negative way to use the term is in disrespect. The monsters who have no sanity for the earth that walk only during moonlight. The Archelaus people use this term almost always in the negative form.
Q: Who are the Leander, Bleddyn, and Archelaus?
A: The Archelaus people are humans. They have no magical aspects and no super powers. They are plain normal humans. No, I do not say that in a bad way. They have their moments to shine. Trust me.
The Bleddyn (pronounced Ble-th-in) people are the werewolves-technically speaking. They are not forced to change during the full moon, but most do it anyway. They can change their form when ever they please. Most humans believe these people were cursed by the moon goddess when she walked among them.
The Leander people are felines who walk and talk as humans. They do not look anything like humans, but an ancient form of them. Many thought they were lost when the gods left earth years ago. Unknowingly to everyone they were only in hiding.
Q: What point of view is the novel in?
A: The novel is written in third person. It follows the character who has information you need to know to understand what is happening within the wars.
Q: Who is the main character?
A: In the first part of the novel, we follow two characters. The first character is June. A Leander woman /and ambassador to the Bleddyn people. The Second is Caleb Carver, a Bleddyn wolf who meets his soulmate. These two are the main focus of the novel until the turning point.
Q: What do you mean turning point?
A: The three worlds (Archelaus, Bleddyn, and Leander) are in the beginning stages of war when the book begins. The Leander just came out of hiding, and the Archelaus want them to be gone for good. The Leander and the Bleddyn do not fight each other until a major problem arises. They blame the other group, and begin the war. This point is the turning point of the novel. And no, the beginning of the war is not the end of the novel.
Q: So, Who's the main character then?
A: Funny thing you should ask. This point in the novel is where I hit a road block. There is a lot going on before the turning point. Within the mass chaos and fine tuning every detail is what's key. Since outlining to this point, no other character has screamed that they're next. This question is pretty much on hold til then. Sorry.
Q: Road Block? You mean the novel isn't written?
A: The novel right now is through most of the outline stages. The outline phase will be finished once the turning point is thought through and written (which will be soon). The writing phase has already begun. There are about 5-6 Chapters already handwritten.
Q: If that's the case, then why do you have this blog?
A: I think while writing, editing, and working on a novel it's great to have another project to go along with it. There is also a lot of new knowledge to process with this novel. Unfortunately, I can't write the huge descriptions, past histories, and such like I would like to. That would take up most of the novel, and not even get the story that's needed to be said across.

Welcome to Lunar Beasts: the blog edition!
This is a sneak peak into Lunar Beasts. The characters, the towns, the cultures, and so on. There will be news updates, and some info about the author. It is all going to happen right here!
Depending on free time and when I resolve my computer issue is when I will be able to give when I will be able to update the blog. For now, I plan to have blog updates monday/thursday.
Why only two a week? Well, it gives me time for other projects (like writing the novel!). It also gives enough time to hand write, edit, and type up each post. Because of my computer issues I do not have the blessing of fast posting.
Tomorrow will be my first blog about Lunar Beasts (the novel). It will be a Q&A type of blog. I think it is the easiest way to answer the many questions for the novel. If you have any already, please comment here or email them to lunarbeasts@yahoo.com
I will see you tomorrow. Remeber to send those questions!
